I said ok because of the fact that I wished there was a little more communication on some parts. I wish I knew who the appraiser was before that initial contact. They sent an email but they did not say they were working with NAF, nor did NAF let me know the company name. I just did not want to be scammed so I waited until the next day to contact someone about it.

We thought Christopher would be our primary contact. It turns out we should have just contacted Serei directly with questions or for updates, as Christopher was not easy to reach, even though we had a number for texts. There were also a couple of miscommunications with Chris, that surprised even my experienced real estate agent.

Apr was 3% instead of 2.99 which is what quicken loan gave me. Evelyn did her job. No issues with her. The APR was beyond her control. However, it just rubbed me the wrong way that I paid my note every month through autopsy and kept a clean credit rating and got penalized anyway.
