I was told I needed a foundation inspection. No other details were added. I called a company that said they did these all the time for re-fi’s. Paid the company $300 for the inspection and sent the info to Tori. Couple of days later Tori told me the underwriter said it was not sufficient and I would need to get another company to do another one. $300 wasted and no help from your company. I should have been told to have the company I hired contact you for a vetting process for the company to make sure they were getting the info you needed.
