There were some things along the way I didn’t understand as a first time home buyer. I felt like things happened with the explanation coming after instead of before or as they happened. She did however try her best to explain things when I asked. She went out of her way to meet me at my workplace several times also. Noelle was very friendly and personable. Overall the experience was ok. Nothing in life goes flawless and she handled it well.

While I believe the process went really well, I think there were several duplicate calls from Matthew and Steffany so I often felt confused as to who to communicate to. Otherwise, Matthew was kind and personable.
