We were first-time homebuyers and so anxious about everything. In the beginning, when I reached out, It took a while for Vincent to finally respond back and it almost felt like I was trying to chase Vincent down. Once we finally connected, we felt confident that Vincent was a great choice. Towards closing, we needed extra hand-holding (crucial time). Few communication issues, but one was telling us to pay off credit cards on the week we were supposed to close, resulted in us closing pretty late.

We were very frustrated with the issue of home owner’s insurance and our escrow. We discussed it early on in the refi process and it kept showing up as part of our escrow. When we got to closing it was still on two of the documents. This should never have happened.
