Ralph was very wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable. As new home buyers, we were clueless about what to expect and what all the lingo meant; Ralph was very patient and made everything very clear. He explained everything to us, no matter how common the information might be. Ralph always responded to any emails we had almost immediately. He did everything he could to meet our deadline for our short sale closing, which was complicated and stressful. The only negative aspect is that we had to send copies of necessary documents multiple times even after having sent them once or having brought them physically to the office because his assistant lost them or didn't scan them the first time; Granted, I think they were having technical difficulties with their software or computer systems at the time and I don't think it was because she was being careless. The only reason this was inconvenient for us was because we did not have a scanner/copier at the time (recently broken and didn't replace it b/c we were moving soon). Other than this, everything else was smooth. We recommend Ralph to anyone we know whom is looking to buy a home or refinancing.
