Cindy was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to getting through some of the red tape during the process. Only thing I would recommend is slowing down a little on some of the processes to explain a little more in depth to ensure the customer is fully aware of what the purpose is for some of the requirements other then that she always answered the calls, txts and emails super fast.
