See above remarks. Joseph and I discussed the project problems and poor prioritization . He gave me a $500 reduction, which could have been $1,000. I hope my future refinance goes a lot better.

At the end of the day Bob stuck to his word and got me and my family in our home which is all I wanted. I will say that the final underwriter really had a power trip or something. She pushed our close back because she wanted to make sure I wasn’t on a car loan with someone else after they pulled my credit. On top of that it was just more headache and I honestly felt that towards the very end there we were just being treated like we were just a number and not a family who just packed up a U-Haul truck and was waiting for a response. The underwriter gave us a clear to close and then she decided that when she woke up she wanted to renig on that clear to close because she wanted to see the details of our down payment assistance we received. So we were forced to sleep in a hotel that night and the entire time it felt like no one gave a crap about us and my fiancé was in tears the whole time. I was beyond disgusted that you guys treated us this way and I think what made us feel worse during this experience was everyone including that awful underwriter, got to go home every night while we were stuck in a hotel not sure what was going to happen, or if we were going to get in our new home of not. Bob and Brian did what they could with what they were given and Bob actually saved us from an awful experience with another lender before I decided to go to New American Funding, so for that I am super grateful for Bob on that and again Bob did say that we will get your family in a new home. So he stuck to his word and we made it through. It was towards the end with that dreadful underwriter playing some sick game with our family that ruined it for us.
