Josh and Chris were fabulous to work with... They made the entire process so much easier than I ever imagined. But when they attempted to get final closing documents and prepare for the wire transfer, it became 3 days of stress at my end. I don't think this was anything within their control, but it spoiled what had been a fabulous experience up until that point. Such a shame that weeks of hard work and successful processing could be damaged by 3 days of an administrative nightmare.

The biggest frustration was that I already have an account with Mr Cooper for my existing mortgage but I could not access any of new loan documents through the Mr. Cooper websitse.
