Called due to offer from radio program.Did not get offer.Had to pay higher interest.Whole purpose was to get rid of 2nd mortgage.Still have 2nd mortgage, think it is higher than original 2nd. Asked a few times why I could not have original offer and was told because I was to late even though I called during radio show. David is nice guy and answered all my questions. Still felt like I got scammed a bit, but still went through with it. Felt I was discriminated against during home appraisal.
