Our experience overall was unpleasant because we ended up in the dark most of the time, went almost a whole month over our estimated closing, and closing was then so rushed that the attorney barely had time to look over the documents. Drew was amazing but he could only help us with so much, our FIRST processor NEVER got in touch with us and our second, at times, would not respond or not give us an answer, on top of that we were in limbo living in a hotel for 3-4 weeks.

Drew was very quick with response time. The only issue we had was when it was no longer in his hands. When Drew was handling the loan he was so quick and efficient. Got back to us in a timely matter. There was always a response back.
