Tracey Tran was awful . Her communication only stated after 1pm and 2pm when she communicated. Maybe having a second job?? It was consistent on urgency after 2 pm every time Tracey Tran would chime in. Drew would be silent and then a hurricane of Tracey Tran would come through in the afternoon to demand our lives to pause regardless of our work days , schedule for the urgency that couldn’t have started any sooner than 2pm. There was a large gap of silence and no communication in the am. On the weekend no communication at all . It was very stressful for my husband and I on our marriage. . Drew had no control over Tracey Tran absence and demands but it reflected on Drew as his was our loan officer. Our realtor was trying to meet deadlines that were missed in our contract, the waiting and wondering for both parties was unprofessional, preventable, and our realtor fought extremely hard to communicate and get answers as our contract was days behind the initial deadlines. This was not our first home purchase . This is a second home purchase. The communication, expectations, expected steps, documents that will be needed , should be communicated along the way to prepare a family without the urgency , middle of the night , after 2pm., due at midnight. We were very close to walking away from the stress . An experience I want to NOT remember EVER AGAIN. And again this down pour action began when Tracey Tran joined into this process and created a stressful hurricane that I would not wish on anyone. ??We thank Drew as he was very polite, professional from the very start turned no loan into a loan approved in one day!! We were able to make an offer on this beautiful home we are in now ?? I do hope that Drew may be partnered with someone else so His work and reviews are not taken away from someone like Tracey Tran.
