Got exactly what and when we wanted it with a tight schedule. Only complaint I would have is that it didn't seem like the people in the office communicated with each other before calling us for information/paperwork. We would turn something into one person and then get a different person calling us for the information/paperwork.

Me and my Fiance just purchased our first home using Leader one. We got pre-approved in about a week or less which was nice because we could start looking at homes with a good budget in mind. Leader one was able to get everything finished in about 25 days for our closing. Sometimes there were communication errors, but other than minor issues the process was smooth and everything worked out nicely. Paul is very knowledgeable and helpful with the loan process.

I would definitely do business again with LeaderOne. Our closing was 'fast-tracked' and it worked out very well. Responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable team. Did not give 5 stars because there were I think 4 people I dealt with, one solely by email so I wasn't even sure if it was legit until I called the office; I would have preferred one point of contact but it all got done.

Paying better attendation to details. confirming that the paperwork is properly uploaded. I was very disappointmented in the service i received. In 2022 when I first got a loan with NAF it was perfect time that is why i choose to use them again. I will think long and hard before I use NAF again.

The process is tedious which is no one's fault. We had to havd money wired and we didnt didn't get the information until after 5 on a Friday with a Monday morning closing. the other agent didnt send our info until noon on Sunday. the agents did not confirm receipt of documents, it was important enough to call repeatedly, but never got a simple "received". Little details , it was fine just not great.
