I was very pleased with the fact that my family was able to get a home. and they did a wonderful job of getting us approved. So they are very good at what they do. And I do owe a debt of gratitude for that. However, the experience of buying a home in general is extremely unpleasant. I don’t think there are really too many things in life that are anymore unpleasant than buying a home or at lease that was my experience. The government and regulatory bodies and (Banks) make this entire process, an absolute nightmare headache from your worst fears that you could never imagine in your dreams, & until going through the process this day in age I had no idea how bad it had gotten. They want to know all of your personal business way beyond what is their business and the government likes to have control over us all like we are small children in a society that is in no way , shape , or form , FREE anymore. however, with that being said, I do not blame the loan officers for that process that is not their fault at all. That’s why I gave a rating of an 8… which is still very good by my way of looking at things. It would’ve been a rating of 10 but the communication was lacking so severely in the situation that if I’m going to be honest, which I’m a very honest person I have to say that’s the reason that the true grade should be an 8. Everything is about communication working with any client and getting back to them with their questions and concerns instead of making them sit there and wonder when they have serious questions that are important to them even if it’s a routine question that might be in their shoes. It’s something that a first time home Buyer knows nothing about and is devastated to sit and have to worry extra when a simple phone call a few times would have made them feel much better. Many many of my questions went completely never answered even down to things that made a change in the course of what I even had in mind I. Buying this home. But every time I was asked to trust them, and then my question went unanswered. So communication is something that needs to be worked on very very much. I do thank you very much for your time, and as I said before we would tell people that you guys are very good at what you do. And to consider highly going to you if they needed a loan pushed through. That you are very good at that. Plus, We all have things we need to work on. I’m just giving you an honest answer on the things that I feel could benefit you greatly throughout your career. And communication is the biggest one that I see. Thank you again, for all that you have done for me and my family in getting this home!

I would only offer advice if I am asked a question specific to them needing your service.

Jenny or her staff always available-- only one call back and it was timely.

There were times when Chris and Crystal were unavailable. In the end, everything came together, but the process was very nerve wracking. Our realtor was used to dealing with a local funding institution that he could call and get updates from. He was not familiar with NAF and thought that they were much harder to work with than any local funder. I think the stress we were under torn between the two made it MUCH more difficult.

Lamarr was patient and caring about my concerns. When it seemed as if the process would not go through, he always assured me that it was not if, but when. That is what I held onto. It was a pleasure working with him.
