It was a great experience working with Bobby. He is very hard working and professional. Being a first time home buyer, we had a tons of questions and bobby answered all with patience and on time. In the loan process, there were a couple of surprises because of other people involved. But Bobby made sure that he makes it up to us. He made the process as fast as possible. Took long time... many hoops to jump thru... many times unable to reach. Had to navigate phone signing, and unnecessary doccuments. Not clear with cost, and numbers ofter. AND TOOK TOO LONG!
