The closing date on the contract should be more of a priority. Normally the other LO i work with will rush an appraisal if they know they're dealing with USDA and SC housing together especially. My client was already pre-approved and so her paperwork i felt like could've made the closing date had the file been touched daily.

The fact that I could see the hard work being done by some people made it a great experience with the loan company. However, I do feel like we were slightly rushed, and not given the opportunity to inspect home , therefore some things that we missed earlier, are sticking out like a sore thumb, and the seller not wanting to fix anything that the inspector finds, left us having to deal with the few surprises I'm finding

Bridgette was fantastic! She made the whole process as easy and understandable as she could. As a first time home buyer it was very stressful and confusing and bridgette was very responsive and helped to answer all of the questions I kept calling/texting her with.
