Very efficient process. And there are no catches to anything Jason does as far as I can tell. My only qualm is the automated system sometimes is a little too automated.

First of all, we love your company. You do phenomenal work. The only thing we felt we were left hanging with is communication. I'm not sure who was responsible for that....Paul, Janelle or Elisa. We never knew where we were in the process. We would check our emails every day and kept our cell phones handy but no one communicated with us. Here's one example. Somewhere along the way we heard of a closing date but nothing else. When the day of the closing came, we got up early and showered and cleaned up waiting for the phone call telling us where to go to sign all the paperwork. Nobody called and so I eventually did. I was told the closing was still happening and someone was coming to us, which was totally awesome btw but it would have been nice to have been told that. One other instance was I asked for $25000 to pay on my business taxes and they ok'd it, which was great. I called the IRS and told them I would have the $25,000 to them as soon as the loan was funded. When we got the cash, it was $22K+ and I was left looking like a liar. No one could explain why that happened and what they were going to do to get me the rest of it. We have plenty of equity. Anyway, we loved you guys and will definitely recommend you to our friends but with the caveat that they need to call and keep up with what's going on because the communication during the process leaves you hanging. We are not trying to complain. Everyone was so nice and so helpful WHEN we reached out and always answered our questions but this is the first time we've ever refinanced and so we didn't know what we were doing and what to expect. It just would have been nice to have a few phone calls telling us that things were still moving and what was happening.
