The D&K team was really helpful. They took the time to tell us what we needed to do and helped us qualify for a mortgage easily.

Overall, great to work with but a few hiccups along the way. There was confusion about various aspects of the contract, especially toward the end. Additionally, I had to provide them duplicates of various documents/information as I was asked for them multiple times despite having sent them. Basically, internal communication and transparency with your consumers (especially first time home buyers) could be improved. Other than that, customer service and the rates given were fantastic.

The process was very easy. I had been told that it would require tons of work to gather documents and provide information, but it was really not difficult. I assume this was because Kyle did a lot of the leg work that would have otherwise landed at our feet.

I understand that the banks have a different process than , say, Quicken, but this was a little over the top. I received 4 closing disclosures The last two were supposed to be the final ones and they had different closing dates and neither one was correct. The amount to pay off the existing loan was, also, not correct, per Quicken, who wad the existing loan. I realize that these are not life changing errors, and that "it will come out in the wash". But the attention to detail was apparent.
