The overall experience was not that bad, however, the company should be aware that a lot of builders are not familiar with requirements of all financial companies, I believe a more hands on experience and timely review of documentation would have better helped my experience. Having multiple revisions and delays because of missing or incomplete information /documentation made my experience extremely frustrating. The financing process is already tedious, but having closing dates rescheduled multiple times for what appeared to be the same information or the lack thereof was unacceptable. Again, not that bad, but could have been much better if project side assisted more.
