All was going very well until the underwriter, supported by your team, exhibited unhelpful and unrealistic opinions of what was needed concerning repairs/corrections made by the Seller. I regret that this happened as it very much disturbed the Buyer and the Seller. I did everything the underwriter requested. We did have a successful closing which was everyone's goal.
