I had my doubts about him and his knowledge of things in the beginning, and was disturbed when I’d try to call with questions only to get a text to just message him as I prefer to communicate verbally to make sure I understand everything clearly rather than via text where things can be misinterpreted, but I am a very anxious person. He kept telling us we were good and reassuring us but I’m not a very trusting person so that was difficult for me. But overall he gave us answers and got things done
