It was painful at the end , but Moe Hoballah got me to where we needed to be. Communication is huge and getting everyone on same page is major so last minute things don’t pop up. I’m surprised a good experience wasn’t before excellent on the survey. I appreciate everyone’s help and at the end we got to where I needed so the turn out was where I expected. Thanks Again. Communication! Communication! Oh! And communication! Transparency is key to easing the anxiety and stress associated with a new home purchase. Create a tool that allows users to see where they are EXACTLY in the process. And stop waiting until the 11th hour to push . Our loan didn’t totally clear underwriting until less than 24 hours before our closing. Didn’t see an ATLA or final CD prior to closing. Moe did great in attempting to ease our anxiety. Tracey was very responsive. The company itself needs to make the process easier and more linear .
