I’ve really enjoyed working with this lender. Their communication was quick and consistent throughout the transaction, which I especially appreciated—even when the updates weren’t ideal. That kind of transparency is valuable and goes a long way in building trust. That said, I do wish I had been made aware earlier in the process that the buyer would need assistance with closing costs. Contributing $3,000 of my commission was a significant decision, and one I don’t take lightly. Having that information upfront would have allowed for better planning on my end. Overall, I respect the professionalism and would work with this lender again—with the hope of even clearer communication on key financial details from the start.
