Everything was great with James until a few days before closing. We ran into a time crunch and I had been following up with James and team weekly to ensure everything was on track. Days before closing we had still not received a closing settlement statement but kept being assured we were good for our closing date. At that point, it became nearly impossible to reach anyone at NAF. The day of closing, even past the time of closing which was 5pm Eastern Time, we still didn't have the correct statement and never got a chance to review it, despite being assured we would make closing on time. In the end, we were able to close on the scheduled closing date, but did not finish until after 8pm Eastern Time, as a result of communication issues between NAF and closing office. I did not rate James poorly, but on a scale of 1-3, I could not give excellent remarks due to the disappearance days before closing and issues we had up to the closing.
