I honestly had a hard time filling this out. John was great at first, but towards the end the communication was not great. But my main issue was not with John but with the people who took over after he went on leave. Having to change loan officers 2 days before the original close date and having to change loan processors at the end was not ideal and lead to delayed closing and late of communication. It was extremely disappointing to have that level of service. We were originally scheduled to close on July 23rd. We did not close until July 29th and if I had not been persistent it would have been much later.
