Andrew was terrific however I didn't have as much communication as I would have liked with Jordan. Fred was trying to be helpful it was just bad timing. Overall I think that it was because it was taking so long at the end and no one was telling me why. I am very happy with the house and appreciate all the help I receive I just would have liked to be kept informed about what was happening. Andrew was great

The closing experience was less than to be desired. When everything was on time and then there were issues with the closing times. It was frustrating for all parties involved!

While we were able to close early, there was a lot of uncertainty around our actual closing date and Mike set unrealistic expectations for closing. We ended up closing days after when Mike told us we could close.
