Was not happy with the communication at time of closing. Had issues with the wire from NAF not being available on time. And I made phone calls to loan officer and processor at that time and never heard back from anyone from NAF. And that is the critical time when buyer is stressed and needed to know what was going on. So funding was delayed almost an hour. And that is not acceptable when multiple closings are occuring and the seller of the house was doing a back to back close so our funding affected and delayed their closing.

Processor attention to detail was remarkably lacking as compared to previous experiences. It seems like she didn't actually review the documents we sent her, because she consistently asked questions that were answered in the documents she requested. Also, it seems like she wasn't able to anticiapte additional documents or information that would be requested by underwriting. Although the loan closed on time, it was a stressful scenario because it seemed as though she lacked organizational skills in gathering the details that were required by underwriting.
