The only issue I really had was when they kept asking for information about my retirement accounts. They should very clearly be able to articulate and say exactly what kind of information they need, as in maybe coming up with an example of what exactly they need. It was pretty annoying and frustrating having to deal with that. Other than that it was good

Communication about the difference between the down payment and closing cost could have been more clearer. Felt like we were being avoided towards the end of the process and we couldn't get a clear answer.
