It would have been nice to deal with the same person. Michael Schrupp was great, but I only initially spoke to Travis Lang so I guess my experience with Travis was OK. The appraisal took an extremely long time. An appraiser call me and said that he accepted the job twice but never recieved the approval.

As a first time homebuyer I knew next to nothing about the home buying process. Travis made it easier to understand, walked me through the entire process, and answered any questions I had. He’s awesome!

Buying a home can be one of the most stressful things when things don't go according to plan. There were some last minute hurdles with our appraisal and Travis came through and got us a same day close. Shout out to the title company also who worked all day to make it happen!
