My wife and I did our first home purchase through Bruce and everything went as advertised. We even closed our house 3 weeks early with no issues from the lender in regards to getting the docs ready in time.

Bruce's expertise in refinancing was immediately evident and he was helpful through out the entire refinance process. He responded quickly by phone or e-mail and the online account process and document gathering was efficient and a pleasant experience. He has a quick close process and he stands by his word. Lastly, in his initial contact from the Zillow application he did not come on strong, instead it was clear he understood the position the the user is in and provided information that was relevant to making a educated decision at that time without a being pushy or evasive.

Loan Officer Cesar was amazing . Easily accessible and able to answer out questions. He really made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. Now once the process moved on to other departments it got crazy. Pack of communication. Loan processor not responding to emails. Underwritter asking for a lot of LOE and numbers not matching. Loan processor was not reachable by phone AT ALL. Our close was delayed we had no idea when we were going to close because the day of the underwriter was having "internent issues " just horrible process after it was out of Cesar's hands. However he did his best. I would totally recommend Cesar he is definitely an asset to that company.
