It took to long 21/2 months Jonathan did great but on mice it got passed from him the 1st person never followed I had to keep asking come to find out they were no longer the processor. I then got Terri she was better but Lack of communication or I had to ask what was going on. Overall the deal got done. Better communication when things get hung up I get it may not be your fault but at least give an update.
