We had problems with a loan Officer that ended up getting fired, let go, or left on her own. It took us longer to get everything pro messed due to this. But Shevelle and Pailina were very good to us.

Everything was going well and was told that this could close by the end of July! (mid August was expected) But then it kept getting pushed back and back and didn't close until the beginning of September - I wish that people would have communicated better with us to tel us what is going on and why it was taking forever
