Buyers were Upset with NAF. We couldnt close on time of contract so we extended closing to 10/10 . NAF decided 3 days before 10/10 to make sure everything was in order. Had to extend closing to 10/17 and I honestly didn't think title or lender would get us to finish line. Hopefully some lender fees were taken care of with how unhappy my buyers were with the entire lending process .

This streamline refinance went smoothly, but when we did they original loan through NAF there was a lack of communication and unresponsiveness which lead to a delay in closing even though we had over 1 month from P&S to original anticipated close date.
