There maybe needed to be a choice of "very good" as there were a few challenges near the end. But in strong fairness to Bailey and Paulina, it appears that NAF is so busy and somewhat understaffed right now, that it put both of them in the position of having to say "It's out of our hands right now, we can't do anything until (underwriting or someone else) signs off." So a process that was supposed to close on one date, ended up going about 2 more weeks longer. I would have liked to have had a bit more pro-active, initiate contact communications to me from them, more than me having to push them at times near the end. So that is why I can't go "really great" for the whole process. But again, Bailey and Paulina are both very nice, they did overall try to respond in a fairly timely manner and he was good to work with on the front end. Think what would help NAF is if you can hire more people, help put your front line people (like Bailey & Paulina) in a better chance to look good by giving them clear timelines for turnarounds, and then also helping them / encouraging them to remember the clients are counting on them to communicate regularly with them during the process. When they have to say "it's out of my hands" that doesn't seem like the internal company is aligned like it should be. I had a few times when I wasn't sure if we would close the loan process because time was slipping away. But again, in the end, we thankfully did close, and I am appreciative for that and appreciative of both Bailey and Paulina for helping get this completed and think they both did a nice job ensuring that we didn't lose this but indeed did actually close this. Thank you to them and NAF. I am glad you all are quite busy, and hope that you can hire and train enough people to service the flow that you have, and also continue working on your internal processes to help the business process move as quickly as possible to serve future clients efficiently. Many unforseen items popped up during the review process. I felt like many of these items could have been noticed and dealt with sooner. Every time I turned around I had to submit more documents. The process seemed to drag on forever!
