there were some hiccups along the way and my closing got delayed, mostly because the appraisal got delayed which there's nothing to be done about that but it was still frustrating. Communication throughout from Claudia was fantastic however.

i had little interaction except typical loan officer communication and that was with the assistant processor not the loan officer

The overall experience was OK, we closed on the loan and are excited about our new home. There were some communication confusions through emails that could be cleared up pretty easy by including why certain documents are being requested multiple times. Also, closing is typically a 45 day or more process, it would be good at the start to have a project plan/road map that lays out when a client will need to submit items and clearly indicate what the items are and what the purpose of those doucments are. At points during the process it seemed that our lead and our loan processor were not communicating internal as one was asking for certain items and then the other would ask for something different.
