Kara is great to work with. I would recommend her to anyone that asks. The only room for improvement was that I wish communication had been quicker at times. However, Kara has A LOT on her plate and we purchased a new construction home during the boom when many others were also purchasing new homes and using Kara.

More organization, I was told everyday for a week that I had all my information submitted and would close soon. Then every day something else would come up they needed and closing would be delayed.

If I got the loan I was asking for . 15 yr cash out/ now 30 yr no cash out. Also the time to close took 3 months. It would have been nice to have had someone other than just the notary at closing to answer my questions. Bi weekly and monthly paperwork choices. Overall the process was ok.

The process seemed confusing, but for the most part I received needed information and explanation. Other than paperwork coming at the last minute to the closing, things went well and I think Mary and her team did their best to explain and expedite things.
