It seemed disjointed in your internal team. we had to resend many documents they already had and they would never take our word for anything even with the back-up and proof we sent it also seemed that Jem needs more support she is very smart but can only do so much by herself Adam returned my calls and Had to check with his team for the answers and then the wait began There was a couple of instances that I had to get the team of high center by digging up the info they needed "I do believe that the biggest issue for all of us was that we had a premanufactured home and in the Cascade mountains which can carry a preconceived belief that we are low life's and scammers. stigmatizing was an issue and Adam helped us shake out the truth
