We gave our availability for the final signing several times to several different people but no one seemed to get that message which was pretty annoying to get called 4 times about the same exact thing within a day between each call.

Tho the process has just begun of finding a Mortgage Planner (4th house tho) and securing a loan after the crash , Sarah and her Parent company has shown more effort in few hours than others at the big Z and my old Realtors has shown in 4-months !! Thank You - For your 1st Class service.. VA program seems to have tightened there requirements as of late and I was getting ready to give up and go to "By Owner"...

Has a lot of experience and credibility in the industry. Communicated a little less than other lenders but when he did, it was very clear and straightforward. He was very patient and super helpful throughout the entire process. He was also very creative in his work and willing to find a way to get everyone to the closing table, no matter what it took. Great experience!

Over all the expereince was good. I felt heard, everyone was very responsize and were all working towards a common goal. I was frustrated towards the end of the process that I felt like Robyn, Cyndi and Jackie were not communicating to eachother and I was asked on a few occasions for the same information from multiple people. I was also frustrated that when there was an issue with some paperwork for both Sarah and I at the very end, we both received several emails on Friday Oct 24th around 4-4:30 PM saying that information was needed ASAP and our loan felt like it was in jeaopardy, But then I had to call the offices on Monday at 11am to make sure that everything was ok. It did not set us at ease that we were going to get the house in the final hours and that was more nerve racking then it needed to be. for future clients, it would be helpful if there was a clear line of communication about who was sending what data. Expecially since I was also selling a house at the time, it was hard to know who needed what information when, especially since this office had multiple people emails the two of us at multiple times. It was very really celar who was in charge and where documentation needed to go.
