Very competent , Great personality and Kind, This was not the first time Gino was helping me and my family members to borrow money . He was very articulate about different options we had and was honest , fast , and very effective in helping us to secure the mortgage. We just completed our home refinance with Mike and I couldn't be more pleased! Between our residences and rental homes we have financed and refinanced many times. Besides that, I spent 8 years of my life as a full time realtor dealing with mortgage brokers everyday. Insomuch to say, I'm quite familiar with the process. Thinking back on years of transactions, I honestly cannot recall any mortgage professional going to the lengths that Mike did to make this process easy and comfortable for us. I never even had to leave my house! Mike came and picked up all the paperwork from us and discussed our options right at our dining table. During the refinance I was able to go on two vacations without fret as esigning made it possible for us to each give necessary signatures along the way right on our smartphones! It also was reassuring that Mike was so readily available by text or phone and his assistant was quick to email as needed. I was delighted that we got to do our final signing appointment also right at our dining room table. I felt that the rates and fees were reasonable if not better than average and appreciated that Mike leveled with me on different concerns that I had and that in the end all promises were met, all costs were just as expected and there were no surprises. Prior to application I had fretted because I knew that we weren't "typical" customers and that we would require more documention and "proof" than others due to the nature of our income. Mike assured me it would be fine and it was! Thanks to this experience, I have a lot more confidence for the next time we have to finance a property!

I found New American Funding on Zillow. I was glad they had a local office but, it didn't really matter. Bridgette Sweet and her staff handled my refi virtually. She was able to get me a great rate (better than expected) and closed quickly. Would definitely use them again in the future!
