Tracy Mathews & his team at New American Funding were quite helpful in ensuring we closed on time - within 1 month. what was promised was delivered and frequent communications on status and phone call follow ups. But one OFI was the transfer of documents between lender and title company. This requires better handling as it resulted in uncertainty with frequent false starts. Ensure a proper handshake between the 2 next time and a lower rate!

Kylee LeBlanc was amazingly helpful, timely and wonderful to work with, cannot recommend her enough. Look her up for any mortgage needs! New American Funding also has been easy to work with so far, although the verdict is still out.

I am satisfied with New American in general. The people I worked with, Cindy and Derrick, are very responsive. The rates and closing cost are not the best, but on the other hand they are among the few that lend to mobile home buying. The process took longer than I thought, that's partly due to planing and mostly due to conditions beyond their control. I am grateful that they put in effort to move the process forward when it gets difficult.
