Jesse was amazing throughout the entire process and even handled things that were beyond his responsibility. The loan processor, Shae Richardson, could not have been worse. There was no communication unless I reached out first. She did not submit our file to underwriting in time for our closing. When we were finally able to close, thanks to her supervisor Denelle Taylor, Shae continued to derail the process. AFTER we had signed all paperwork with the title company, Shae called back and stated that due to changes that she told us to make that morning, we had lost our clear to close. It took our title company manager getting "not nice" with her for everything to finally work. I would suggest to anyone assigned to Shae to request a change immediately.

It took over 4 months to get this done and my credit cards all got closed because it took way longer than it had in the past. Mark was great, but it seemed like people wernt listening to him.
