Everything happened as it needed to. I am in a different time zone, and we had some vacation time over the Thanksgiving holiday to deal with, so it did add to some waiting times on communication and my anxiety. Brittani was great.

It's not Joseph. It's your company in general once it gets to underwriting. It's never prompt and the communication based on the underwriters is awful.
