The beginning was a little methodical but once I passed the first qualifying hurdle, Sheila was wonderful about keeping me informed, provided insight about the process, and kept me up to date with how my loan was proceeding. Loved the daily updates!

Im not sure what would have made it better to be honest. There were alot of moving parts, alot of unexpected costs and issues on the VA side. I dont think anyone specifically caused these issues, so I dont think there are many improvements other than possibly communication between all parties involved. I think it was a unique situation that was just going to be difficult
