Overall it was a positive experience! The gentleman working on our load was friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. I felt as though he was working hard for us. The challenge for us came at the end as some numbers changed and communication was more difficult. This was corrected and I would recommend Robert and New American Funding to others.

Not horrible but at the end there was some lag due to my name not being my name and the portal didnt work for me after the first email. After the first portal email it was just issues until I had 2 othere people just email it to me directly.
