I just feel that something went wrong with the communication with the client within the last few weeks prior to closing. The client had to produce information and proof of funds the week of closing which push the closing back over a week later.

I think the beginning information didn't match what the ending results were. We were told there would be no cost and that we would be able to skip a month so we would skip March. We had to pay $2,394.56 but the wire did not come to me in time. We almost lost the closing due to the deadline. We told them we could not close on February 16th and had to do it later in the month. The notary was still sent out on February 16th. We were NOT told to have a check ready or given any wire information during signing. The notary was also under the assumption of first payment wasn't until April 1st. We told them that we did not get paid until February 26th but they were expecting the money before hand. The wiring info was very confusing and shouldn't be left for the customers to have to figure out. I ended up crying on the day we were having to do the wire because it actually got down to the wire of having to have it in. This is the third time of dealing with New American Funding and I would say I am not very happy. I am thankful for the reduce 5.75% and the reduction of $200 on our payment, but what was presented to us originally kind of guided us in a very confusing direction. Customers should not be promised no cost and a skipped month of payment if that is not what really occurs.
