Communication with Wes and Nina started out good when trying to get me to start the loan process. During the loan process, Wes was slow to respoind to questions, and Nina ignored emails with questions for multiple weeks. I still haven't received saome replies to questions about the closing process, and the loan is now closed.

Some of the information was unclear. many times it was difficult to get questions answered and clarification on documents that were confusing. I think it is just because people are busy, but as a customer in the midst of a very large transaction, that adds extra stress to the process. I'm not being mean, just being honest.
