Had some difficulty communicating with michela in a timely manner. When we originally received our conditional pre-approval, it took another 8 days to get the conditions we needed to meet and that was only AFTER my real estate agent prompted her to reach out so we knew what to do. If we had gotten that information earlier I believe it would have been a situation where we could have closed a little earlier as well.
