It's very hard to work though finer details of a home refi online. Without a branch office to sit down and get all the paperwork completed it just takes more time and things don't get completed quickly.

Everybody involved worked very hard went over and beyond to assist me in securing my mortgage worked with me to figure out all that was needed to get over a couple issues that came up along the way nobody gave up on me they did excellent in guiding me where needed worked hard to secure a loan for me and got me I a loan that had reasonable terms and interest rate I'm excited to have purchased my first house I will surely do future buisness with Tony and his staff and will highly recommendthem to all I know they made everything simple easy to deal with I was comfortable the entire experience was very good things were explained well kept me in loop of everything took time to anwser questions I had without issue was quick I responding back to all my calls to them and never rushed me off everybody was great they all were willing and happy to assist me anyway I needed without delay they always made me feel great and never once tried to guve me false hope or information they even saved me from making a huge mistake as I was going with another company when I was asked to just talk to them it couldn't hurt so I agreed am I ever glad to other company would have really took me to cleaners I hidden fees and just charges I general I didn't know or realize was a awesome experience the whole time and they made me feel comfortable always there for me if I needed anything! Excellent excellent job ecerybody!!!
