The overall process was smooth and communication was good thruout. The only issue was informing me that the approval might need more time 2 days before closing. At last, the loan was fully approved and cleared to close on closing day, which I do appreciate tremendously. However, the timing/scheduling could be communicated better.

It was just ok. I don't have enough knowledge to know what was happening and the whole loan process's and fees constantly changing was confusing and in the end, the amount I thought I was getting back turned out to be A Lot less.
