Robert was good, communicated and tried to help as much as he could. Cardinal as a company overall was not as helpful and took a long time to replay when I had questions. I understand covid had something to do with it, but I got to the point where nothing was being done they told me it was because they were short staffed, then covid then some other excuse at the end it took 4 months from April to now August to finally complete the refinance on my home. I asked around to see if other companies were experiencing the same thing which they all said no the longest they seen it take was 60 days on some circumstance 90 days but no longer than that. I was close to leaving to a different company but I waited it out and I am just glad its over now. I know probably no one is looking at these surveys, so we will leave it at that. Thank you

The whole process was fairly lengthy, repetitious and slightly painful. However, I understand that this process was right in the middle of the first Pandemic in approximately 100 years which caused it to be the experience that it was/ However, the people involved made it a better process than it could have been.

Overall the process and experience with this refinance was more arduous and drawn-out than any refinance we've done before. Communication from Robert was great, but overall we would not recommend the company because of how long they took to process everything. (About 2 months start to finish, and we often inquired about when closing would be, how much longer it would take, etc.) In the past, we've closed in less than half the amount of time with other companies.
