If all info given from me was understood correctly and not assumed, some things should have been verified and not waiting till closing to tell me to pay off a very minimal credit card that i was never told i had to do. It wasn't a big deal but the principal.

There was too much back and forth for information from underwriting. I was just exhausted by the process. I am not new to home purchase. I understand the type of loan required a lot of details and my situation was unique. It was very stressful, too stressful. But I did get a good rate and Steve was kind and tried to cushion some of the blows.
